Ok, I'm 5'1 and 140 lbs!!! I'm a female, I don't look fat with my clothes on, I look like i'm like 120, i have kinda flat tummy, but when I see myself without my shirt on, I look really fat! I'm very dedicated to weight loss, but I don't want to diet and make it obvious, cuz I dun want my mom to know or anything, so do you guys have any methods, I don't want diet pills, I've stopped eatting sweats and soft drinks, I've been running daily (not to mention playing DDR2 :P). do you guys know any fast methods to loosing weight? getting a flat tummy? thanks a lot, I have a busy schedual, so hopfully the methods might not be too long? thanks, i give 5's!!!!! Dear, you must not fret. 5'1 is a perfect height and wieghing 140 pounds...well that's just normal. I recommend a diet:tried by many. The secret is to eat only 150 bites of food a day. Yes, it seems like very little but it works. (Or so i hear.) I don't do the diet thing. Hell, if i'm fat, i'm fat. That's how i think of it. Nobody should care about your weight. Nobody probably does care about you wieght.Not because your not loved or liked, but because most people have other things to worry about. Be proud of yourself and keep your head high. That will make you more appealing to the rest!

Come to think of it, one of the biggest preps/cheerleaders I know is like 4'9 and weighs 160...ha, gotta stop that. thanks!!!
