ok is there a way u can get ur arms like..more strong like more shape cuz mine have fat that needs to go..like wut helps? dont say pull ups..lol cant do those ..but if neone knows ne work out ways like explain it ..um that would help thx (link)

Hey girl,
Okay, well I still say that push ups is the way to go. A simple way to build up your arms strength and burn the flab is to slowly work down to the ground. Example; Start doing about 20 push ups a day against the wall. Do this for 3 days. Then repeat the same methoid using a countertop. Then the TV. Then the third step on the stairs. Then the second. Then you should have enough strength to do the push ups on the floor. Or you can always buy weights and do lifts during the O.C. or the newest episode Laguna Beach. Good Luck*
