i have two best friends. one i've known since middle school...so that's about 4 yrs now. and now i also have a new best friend...whom i met in high shcool. they're both wonderful and i'm so glad i have them but there's one problem. they can't stand each other for anything! when i'm with one, she's talking shit about the other. and when i'm with the other one, she's talking shit about her. they both want me to take their own sides and be more loyal to one then the other. ahhhh! what do i do!?!??! Don't take sides. Stay on the anonymous side. If you side with one person, it'll only make the other one mad. If you don't side with either one of them, they will eventually stop asking you to intervene.
