i have pretty much felt like this my whole life...

i feel like whenever i do something people are watching me and talking shit about me or gunna laugh at me or something, i mean i realize that they dont really do that, they probably dont even notice me, but i dont like getting up in class to go sharpen my pencil cause im scared or embarresed or something that people will watch me and just stare at me the whole time or the teacher will yell at me for getting up...and today i was to embarresed or scared to go get ketchup and put it on my plate cause i was thinking that people might laugh and me and be like omg look at her shes using ketchup or something...i know it really weird..

i mean im not a shy person cause ill talk to a lot of people but its things like that..whats wrong with me?
