yesterday at the doctors i got a shot in my arm (kind of my shoulder) and it didnt hurt at all, but now today it hurts really bad it feels like i have a bruise where the shot was and it hurts really bad whenever i move my arm. is this normal or should i be concerned? im starting to worry. how long should this pain last? i don't know what shot you got, but it doesn't really matter, even though, it was probably a tetnus shot, or a flu shot. Um, they should have told you to move your arm around a lot so it doesn't hurt the next day. So what i would do right now, is move your arm a lot like in circle's and do it whenever you think about it. Otherwise the pain will around like 3-4 days. But if you start moving it around a lot, then hopefully it will stop hurting tomorrow night. And yeah, i'm not a doctor, but that's happened to me before, and it's always been perfectly normal.
