ok well i cut and stuff but i really want to tell my mom about it because i meen i want to get help but i just was wondering like how could i like talk to her about it? me and my mom are like really close and stuff but i think it would like kill her! should i tell her or no?

Yeah, tell her. She'll probably be hurt, but she'll be glad that you told her so that she can help. I really don't know what you could say. Maybe you could just show her, and I'm sure she'd get the point .. Or you can just sit her down and tell her there's something you really need to talk to her about, and be like, "i've been cutting myself and i really want to stop, so i was hoping you could help me to get some help." Or something like that.
