umm.. Im a 13 year old girl and i wiegh 135 and i do alot of sports and i dont know what to do
well it can be because it may run in the genes.. but you cant jsut exercise you have to eat healthy foods too - theres no point in exercising if you eat junk food all the time you can try going on a diet - eat 3 meals a day - breakfast lunch and dinner if you skip meals you wont have enough energy to play ur sports
