My BESTfriend.. Let's call her *Liza. She is anorexic, i didn't know this before.. i just thought she was super skinny. But she left her diary over my house, and i just read some of it. She's been anorexic for almost two years, it's crazy. She doesn't know that i know yet.. so i'm scared to try and help her! Do you have any ideas on how i can tell her that i know and try to get her to stop. Cause i'm soo scared that something bad is gonna happen to her, Please, pretty please.. someone help me. Thank you so much, sorry it's so long.

you definately have to let someone know! this is a really serious thing! just confront her and tell her the truth and tell her parents, a counselor or someone!! she might be mad at you at first but in the long run after she gets help she'll be very grateful to you. looking at her diary was wrong, but people make mistakes and its a good thing that u did so u can help her- maybe this was meant to happen so u can save her life! if ur truly her friend you'd help her cause something really bad could happen to her, and shes truly ur friend this wont hurt ur friendship it will probably even make it stronger! even if this down ruin ur friendship (which i really dont think it will), dont u think its better she get healthy so she can live a long happy life?? YOU HAVE TO TALK TO HER!
