I've been through alot when it comes to boyfriends and long distance and friends... not to mention family...... I want to start wearing eye-liner and I don't know exactly where on my eye I put it - and what are the good brands. Pencil/Liquid? I'll rate you!

what i do is.... if you loook in a mirror.. you kindof have a little "shelf" above your eyelashjes on the bottom and then under them on the top... i put it on there... it takes some getting used to.. but you have to like pull it away from your eyeball and draw it on there.... i use esta lauder... but thats kindof expensive.. cover girl isnt to bad and the y are good too
