i am a freshman going into higschool, and i have a problem w/ this girl going into 11th grade whos 2 years older than me. well back in middle school we were on the same bus, and she was really mean to me. she would SCREAM mean things to me in front of EVERYONE, like saying im ugly and stuff, and she would take my schoolbag and dump it all over the place, and she would pour soda on me.. it was humiliating.. she used to threaten to beat me up when i got off the bus, and she would have people come up to me and say shit to me. LAST YEAR I TOLD MY MOM AND SHE WENT TO THE SCHOOL AND TOLD OUR PRINCIPLE AND MADE IT WORSE CAUSE THE GIRL ONLY HARASSED ME MORE AND MORE AND PEOPLE MADE FUN OF ME... well now were gonna be on the same bus again, and i wanna know how to handle the situation. if shes yelling at me on the bus, should i say something back? ignore her? ask her if we can talk it out? or ask her why she's doing this since i didnt do anything to her?... i dont want to make her even more mad, because then she'll be worse to me. tell me how to handle it, but dont tell me to call the cops or anything, i wanna know what to do... im REALLY SCARED.. thanks (link)

For some reason, you intimidate her. If she's in 11th grade and still doing this, she's really immature. Ignore it for a while and just stay calm. Get some friends around you who you know'll have your back. If she threatens you, pours soda on you, and tells other people to threaten you- tell someone in authority because you're being harassed. Bottom line though, don't let this chick rule over your life through fear. Stand up to her, but don't stoop to her level.
