this year for clothes i'm really on a budget. where are places i can get cheap, but cute clothes?? not old navy, i'm sick of it. also, where are cheap places to get tight jeans??

Hollister has the BEST sales ever, I got tons of cute shirts for 10 bucks and cute cute pants/ jeans for 20!!

At most malls, there are small shopping stores that are usually cheap and TONS of places sell tight jeans. Good luck girly!
