I am VERY picky about what I eat... I won't eat most meats... only Peperoni on my pizza (if i have to) and hamburgers. I like junk food ALOT and I eat alot of it... I won't eat most foods other people eat. I have alot of problems when I stay the night with friends because I usually don't like what they are having for dinner.
I am about 5'3-5'4 and i only weigh about 135... it may sound like a lot .. but i have alot of muscle too...
What kinds of foods should I try eating so I will stay healthy?
Is there any way to make myself like more healthy foods? (link)

oo i have the EXACT same problem as you. i am IN LOVE with candy and chocolate... so than i ate it all the time. and since you have so much muscle, im guessing that you are athletic and active. well i'll tell you my story, i HATE so many foods, like i'll only eat a few meats like you, i hate anything fancy, i HATE milk, i just like basic unhealthy food... so i ate candy and chocolate all of the time... and then when playing basketball, soccer, cross country and track and field for my school, i kept on getting head rushes, blacking out, having trouble breathing, and fainting. turns out, have a a LOW blood sugar level (which can cause me to have diabetees in the future) by a lot and now a year later i still faint all the time and i can't play as many sports... you have to start eating healthy NOW! i always take my vitamins now and i take calcium pills and... just eat tons of fruits and veggies, try to have like two things of candy a week (hard i KNOW!) by a cook book and try to find somemthing you like... and another way to stay healthy is you HAVE to have THREE MEALS A DAY! that will keep your body really healthy, even if it isn't the greatest food. i hope i helped!:D good luck
