Hey everyone. I'm a 16 yr old female and I've been living with a weight issue all of my life. Both of my parents were big people and of course I ended up the same as them. I've been teased a lot my whole life because of it, people do it without realizing how much it hurts. Right now I'm about 5'7-5'8 and weigh about 190lbs. I really want to lose weight but every time I try, I can't keep up the motivation. I try not eating junk food, I don't drink soda, but I still cant manage to lose the weight. I walk a lot, but the problem is I guess that I don't have people that are behind me in this. My mom keeps buying junk food, and if it's here I'll end up eating it and feel bad for it afterwards. I really need help in doing this alone but I don't know how. I'm hoping someone can help me before it gets worse. I'm hoping to lose a significant amount of weight maybe before next summer. Maybe u should try swimming more and maybe crunches and situps..also try a diet maybe the bread diet or the atkins diet or the dr.phil diet..maybe even the burning cardiact diet..also try eating even more healthy..hope i helped n good luck
