sometimes hard to get doesnt work. it depeneds on the guy, but alot of them will give up becuz theyll think you dont like them back. a good way to get him to notice is to be comfotable around him, if hes sitting somewhere then sit next to him, dont be all touch-touchy or follow him everywhere he goes, but say hey and IM him once in a while etc. whatever you do dont act like you are trying too hard, and be yourself. it sounds corny, but guys will notice if your acting different. if things seem to be going good, and you guys talk alot, then tell him how you feel and who knows maybe you will go out. good luck
