volleyball tryouts are this week and im really scared i wont make it. I think about it non-stop and it gets me even more nervous and upset.
How do i stop this!?!

believe in yourself...self confidence! if you believe you can make the team,you can make the team! just be positive! if you dont make it, practice and try again next year...no bigg! hope i could help
