im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

Ok it is pretty simple, Just ride your Bike a lot and I heard if you walk 3 miles for a week or month, I think your legs will be better looking so do that and try to stay away from sweets and start running. Drink Lots of water. Every Morning I do 50 Situps and other Ab exercises. Swimming Is also good for you too. Also If you do a lot of sports it will help you too Ok?
