hey does anyone know how i can pratice pitching without some1 catching with me and the throw backs.. is there some how another way?? i know its a stupid question but i would like to kno.. and how else can i improve my preformance in softball by any way?? thanx (link)

Hey! lol theres this thing i got awhile ago called a pitch back and it really helps me you just throw the ball at it and the net is so tight it makes it bounce back to you. its quite entertaining.
