hey does anyone know how i can pratice pitching without some1 catching with me and the throw backs.. is there some how another way?? i know its a stupid question but i would like to kno.. and how else can i improve my preformance in softball by any way?? thanx (link)

hmm...well i've been pitching for about 5 years and kno som cool drills you can do. They may seem stupid and it will feel funny doin em, but its the only way to get better w/out sumone catching you. Try balling up socks and pitch them against a fence. This way u can work on ur form. Also, stand in front of a mirror and do ur motion and watch urself pitch. Wenever u can tho get sumone to catch for u. Good Luck!
