Well, if you're a brunette, use John Frieda's Brilliant Brunette. My hair got really really dry, and I used that and it gave my hair life again! It's shiny, silky, and completely beautiful. Or, I think think there is a shampoo for blondes by John Frieda. You might not see imediate results, but with in 2 weeks, your hair should be all better. Also, VO5 hot oil treatment helps. Or Thermasilk deep conditioning wrap! If you need more suggestions, let me know! :)
