Shrek 2 or Harry Potter 3. I think HP3 is actually better. Both those movies are great to see with your mum because there's no sitting around feeling uncomfortable during sex scenes and kissing. And my parents loved Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, even though they haven't read the books. Shrek 2 is also quite amusing.
