after i shave my mid-section there is ALWAYS STUBBLE and red dots.. i do the everyother day scrub but it DOESNT help! please please please give me some tips..

shave the same direction the hair goes, use A CLEAN razor---> EVERYTIME you shave! Also shave the least often you can!!
