Lately I've been getting on my parents nerves. I can tell cause they're always mad at me. They say it's because I have a really bad attitude. Even though I really don't think I do. I usually have a great attitude about things. I've also been really into acting and every time I talk about it they just ignore me so I get mad. Just the other day he told me I did something when I knew I didn't so I calmly told him I didn't and he told me I was lying so I got mad. He told me to get rid of my attitude so I said no because he called me a liar. Then He got up in my face and just started screaming at me. I'm really confused right now and don't know what to do. Could any one give me some advive.

Your dad (I'm assuming the He was your dad) had no right to get to angry at you.
Maybe write your parents a note where you tell them basically what you said here -- how you fell ignored and how being screamed at hurt. Leave it where you know your parents will find it, disappear for a while to the library or some such, and see if they're nicer to you when you come back.
