Ok, I need some help. My friend Caroline has been trying to get over her ex for a couple of weeks(I don't know why it's so hard, they only went out for a week). Now she's met some guy over the net, who's 23! She wants to meet this guy, because she thinks it'll help her get over him, which is a huge mistake in my opinion, she doesn't even know him. What advice could I give her without seeming like I'm telling her what to do? Or what could we do to get her mind off of her ex?

First of all, warn your friend about this guy o the internet. He may be some 30 year-old that lives with their mom and all they wan to do is find a gurl. Also, if this guy has an advanced computer, he can break minto her computer and get ALL SORTS of personal info( Social Security umber, Credit Card Numbers) that could lead to identy theft. Just tell her that and say somthing like, " I'm concerened with ur safety becase blahblahblah..." And tell her it's up to her to make the descion.
For her ex....make her get involved!tell her to Join a club or volunteer at an animal shelter. All this cool stuff will make her feel good, have fun, take her mind of her ex, and , if she's lucky, my lead to a new boyfriend.
