haha thanks for the adivce but its diffrent she was probably in cairo thats a big state. . Alexandria isnt.. its not that big.. and yes 10 min lol haha omg i have to stay on the treadmile wit no view to look at its annoying lol nd i get bored on anyawy what is crunches? lol thanks for ur help just answer me back what crunches are
