What are you talking about? You simultaneously say it relates to both nature and nurture, but then say it has nothing to do with the mind? 'Mental' = 'Of or relating to the mind' or 'Carried out by or taking place in the mind' The reason for my putting it under mental health? Because it relates to the mind.
