(Rating: 5) I'm a guy myself xD(Rating: 5) Thanks! but it actually happend a few months ago now... buh its soo much better after allot of rest from stretching =) I didnt hear a crack though i but it was painfull for about 2 weeks buh aftedr like 2 montsh im fine buh thanks for you help =)
