hey. yeah, i'm an insomniac. as long as i can remember i haven't ever been able to fall asleep is less that like 3 hours. so i basically go to bed at 3 and wake up at 6.30 (school days). i don't take medicine for it but i need to! i want to sleep and my mom has sonata (i guess she also has insomnia) and i want to take one. she'd never notice and i dont think she'd really care. should i take one? i mean what bad will it do? also, does anyone else take sleeping pills or have insomnia? thanx (link)

do not take sleeping pills! I know what you are going through I'm 13 and have insomnia I'm lucky if I get 2 hours of sleep a week!(no exagerations) The worst part is I have a tough teacher too she yells at you infront of the entire class if you can't answer a question! It's hard to get your brain to function on very little sleep but you have to learn to live with it or atleast talk to your doctor I don't have that option my mom is too busy to take me I can't go on my owm and my dad is never around.

I love having sleep overs they are so much fun but sometimes I wish that I could have them where i live and not feel nervous becuase i live in an apartment. No one has ever said anything bad about living in an apartment but where i live thei rare very few and everyone i know lives in a house well most people do. I get embarresed when people come over becuase i kno they think that im poor and everything and they dont expect it becuase i always buy expensive and really nice stuff pluss clothes because my mom has more money to give me than when we used to live in a house . Should i be ashamed of this? (link)

I always look at myself and see how not pretty I am. I hate it. Then I look around at all my friends..why do they get to be automatically pretty? No makeup for some--but still not ugly. I have kind of chubby cheeks but not huge. I have dark blonde, almost brown-ish straight hair a little past my shoulders. I'm sort of tan, but not much. My eyes are hazel, mostly green. If I go out or to school, I wear eyeliner and that's it. I also have a little bit of a belly. I really think I'm not pretty. I've never had a boyfriend, and maybe that's why? Any ideas for makeup that's not too drastic, that will make my face look better? If you have ANYTHING..please tell me. (link)

hun forget the makeup you will only make things worse. Did you know that the more makeup the more and the earlier wrinkles will come so unless you want to get wrinkles and look worse then you think you do now don't bother with it. Take it from me I know. Here's a discription of me 13. Freckles all over the face, blue eyes, pot belly, (can't hide it under clothes) and glasses. You know what? Not only am I happy the way I am I have had a boyfriend and I didn't have to change myself at all. All it takes is the right guy to come along all you have to do is wait. Please send feedback.

all of a sudden i got this horrible pain right below my boobs, like and when i breath deeply it hurts even more, i've eaten like 3 cookies since i woke up. do u think its that? and what do u think it is. thanks \

I'm only 13 but I get them too and here's what I think 1 Heartburn 2 they could be growing 3 It's like thoes stitches you get in your sides or 4 It's gas. The way I get rid of them take shallow breaths and sit down.

At school dances, I never dance. I know..you'll say "then why do you go?". I just go and hang out with my friends. It's actually pretty fun. But they dance sometimes, and I don't. I guess I'm just not much of a dancer. I think I'm self-conscious or just embarrassed because I think I can't dance...I'm not sure. I'm probably afraid of what people will think of me, like if I dance bad/can't dance right or something. I'm just nervous. I've never slow danced with anyone either. So my first time will be a little scary. Anyway, back to my question. What do you think I can do to get over this? I need help, because I want to be dancing and having more fun than I usually do at the next dance. (link)

I have the same problem I don't like to dance infront of people either let me tell ya just get out and have fun! As for the slow dancing don't worry I'm in eighth grade and my first slow dance was a year ago and let me just say it wasn't that bad I was nervous at first but they arn't that bad it does make it easier when the person you are dancing with knows where to keep their hands if you get my drift but I was nervous and there is nothing to worry about just have fun and if you don't feel comfortable then don't dance simple.

i have a mini dachshund he is 2 yrs old,he was born with what appeared to be a scratch on his eyeball,as he grew so did the scratch,it now take up half his eye and it has a foggy color to it,and what we believed that was a scratch looks as if it was actually hair,there are a few pieces of hair growing ,it is embedded inti his eye.is this possible? What is the right age for a male to start getting erection and be able to burst?? I am thirteen years old but I still cant have any erection...But all of my friends (same age) say they can have erection...Some even say they have been having erection since they were 11 or 12?? Maybe this sounds gay but I have actually seen them having erection in the mall or in the school shower...Is this bad? I am so worry about it...Is it possible that I won't be able to have any erection throughout my whole life?? (link)

i shave my vagina almost every other day..i was wondering if its bad for me to shave so often.. but i like to be completely clean..ppl say that i shouldnt ( im 22yrs old ) shave there so often but i dont mind if alot of hair grows back coz life is short and i dont want my bf seeing me hairy there. please help.. I don't know why you shave there because it is perfectly natural to have hair there.
