Q: Hi not sure if you can help just feels good to talk:) i'm 22 married and have 3 kids 3yr 2yr and 4 months. I have went thru alot in the past couple years, my 2 year old having heart surgery the day after she was born tops the list. But anyway i'm so busy I dont have any time I have got bigger and and just getting low selfesteem about my looks. I never needed makeup or anything whenI was younger so I have no clue how to even use it really lol. I'm not depressed or anything I love my kids more then anything but i'm gettting really self conscious about my appearnce now. any hlep will be appreciated to help me feel better about myself

Well, you can try to work out and lose weight. It may seem hard at first but you'll get used to it. I work out every night for about and hour before i go to bed. You can go to the gym also if you would like. You can also spend time with your kids, take them out to the park. Take them out for walks. That'll also help keep you fit. I hope my advice helped.

Q: When you walk into a room and your friends are in the middle of an interesting conversation and they see you but don't speak to you when you stop to speak to them; is that normal and would you feel embarrased if it happened to you?

Do you mean when you walk up to your friends and they are talking about something and then they just get quiet all of a sudden when you get there?
If that is what you mean than, that happens to me alot. :] I'd say it's normal. I wouldn't feel so embarrassed because it happens to everyone. I usually just go in and sit there until we all start talking about something else. Or, i would start talking about something that would spark up a new conversation.
