advice
Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?
I have a lot of trouble trusting people, though.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
I think that even if you dont trust people, that yes it would be in your best intrest to get help. One day you could accidently cut too deep and before you know it, you've lost too much blood. possibly, the best thing to do in your case would be to find a free therapy clinic where you live. these places are confidential and would help you. i think telling your parents would be the best choice, even if you have trouble trusting them. i know you probably dont want to hear it, but they really do care about you, and i am sure they would help you out by any means.
i hope this helps you! =]
does anyone know how to get rid of excima!
please don't say go to the dermatologist
i'll rate high
My brother has excima, and i am not sure you can get rid of it, but after you take a shower, dry off quickly and put lubriderm where ever you have excima. your pores are more open because of the heat and the absorb more. my brothers doctor told him this one time.
i hope this helps you out! =]
