I've never heard of Songbird. Alanis Morrisette?? Never heard of her either. My favorite book is Where the Red Fern Grows. it made me cry. Yeah, I saw the movie Black Beauty. it was really good. No, I wouldn't run on it after it was sprained. You should wait a while. Your ankle should take a couple weeks. A few tips on caring for it would be, Keep it elevated, keep it iced, eat lots of calcium. Hope I helped
