does anyone kno any good shampoo that makes highlights look better and/or healthy? i just got highlights and just wondered if u need any special kind of shampoo or anything. thx, erin

try using Garnier Fructis for Colored or Permed hair. they have shampoo and conditioner so unlike normal shampoos, it won't wear your highlights out. and garnier has alot of vitamins in it so your hair will stay healthy. hope i helped! -Jessica

I've always strived for straight hair.. but it never seems to stay straightened.. when ever i flat iron it.. it always goes back to its natural fall.. and when ever i blow dry it straight.. its all poofy.. and i can't get rid of it.. any suggestions on how to get my hair to stay straightened?

try using Garnier Fructis Smoothing Milk and then blow dry it straight with a round barrel brush. after that use Garnier Fructis Full Control Aerosol Hairspray. that should work. hope i helped! -Jessica

ok i met this boy nick like in the middle of the skool year...and i hated him soo much...he was going out with my friend....and i dont know i just hated him...then one day i went skating and he was there and i started liking him...well a week later he asked me out and we were goin out for like a month then we broke up...we were on and off all year...well then a month before skool let out he moved....it was the hardest day of my life saying goodbye to him....he was my first love ever and thats the truth.....well now he still calls me and everything and we r still friends and he wants to go back out and i love him sooo much and wanna say yah but i cant cuz ill never c him cuz he moved what should i do~!?

long distance relationaships can be hard. it matters on how far away he moved. if he lives less than an hour away, i think you should still go out with him. you like this guy and he likes you. that's all that matters not how far away he lives.

i have really frizzy hair and i hate it. im going to flordia in 4 days and i was wodering if there was anything u could buy at walmart or something to keep from getting frizzy while im there?

On the last day of school, these mean popular girls came up to me and started to pick a fight just for the fun of it. I got a little emotionable. Now next year I dont want that to happen again. What should i do to avoid that?

I have a very busy schedule...and i dont have time to go to a gym...so does anyone have advice on what I can do to help me lose weight? or at least to get in great shape and to have a nice firm body?

well i do 100-300 crunches a day. it helps a lot. u can also do push ups and try running or walking instead of getting a ride to places that u could just walk to. -Jessica
