NO!! DON'T!! Just because you hate your job where you are working at, that doesn't mean that everyone else working there hates it, too. You gotta think of others, not just yourself. Think of some alternatives that will make you like it. Are there any good things about it?? Do they give you long breaks?? How much do you get paid?? Try to make it less hate-ful. Maybe it is time to look for a new job. Maybe you are tired of it. If you are than look for a job that you will enjoy and have fun with. Just don't burn it down.

It is really hard to tell. It mostly happens from the age of 12 to the age of 16, but if you are younger or older than these ages don't worry. It will come to you. Maybe you aren't ready or you are scared. Most of the time "the kiss" just happens. Just chill. When the time comes, it will happen. The worst thing that you can do is rush it. Make "the kiss" a memorable moment. Something that you can always look back on and say..."Yeah, I remember 'the kiss'." Hope this helps!

I don't really know for sure, but definitely something that he will remember you by. You guys can hang out all day, or maybe you can get him a keychain (if he's a keychain fan) with a picture of you in it. I don't know because guys usually think of it, but its nice that girls think of it too. Don't give him a bear because my friend gave her b/f one and he just looked at it and was like, "What?", but that was him. Maybe your b/f is different. Just know that it is only a month so don't think too big. And remember, love is probably the most beautiful gift that you can ever give him and it might just be enough.

School sucks, what can make it better? Not studying and working hard in your answere would be great.
I know school sucks. OMG...It is total torture. Here are some ways you can make it more fun:
1) If you don't want to study a lot, then listen in class. I know class is boring, but if you listen you won't have to do a lot of studying.
2) You if don't study a lot, you have more time to yourself. I like to party all day on Friday to let go of all the stress that I've had all week. Then on Saturday, I do a little bit of partying/relaxing and a little bit of homework. On Sunday, I do the rest of my homework, review a little bit for Monday, and relax the rest of the day.
3) Attend your school parties and just have a blast. BLOW OFF THE ROOF!!
Basically if you do more work at school (listen or homework) then you will have less work to do at home. If you have less work to do at home, then you have more time for yourself. And the more time you have for yourself, the better school will be because you are not thinking about school. Thinking about school 24/7 is what makes school a living hell. You can do assignments ahead a time. You will feel so good that you are having fun while your classmates are doing that assignment. Not studying and working hard will get you to NO WHERE LAND. I have a friend who has always worked hard, but then all of a sudden she didn't. She would not care and fail tests. And those failed tests lead to a failed class. And now it is not just one class, it is many classes like she totally forgot how she was. Sometimes I wonder if she ever wishes to go back in time and never have done what she did - NOT CARE. The worst thing that you can do in school is to ditch, not care, and fail. If you have anymore questions just ask. Hope I helped!

My best friend is pissed off at me just because my science teacher chose my suggestion/idea on my project over my best friend's idea. She is giving me an attitude and is refusing to talk to me. What should I do?
I think she is just jealous. Let her cool off for a while and then call her and talk to her about it. Or maybe she'll call you first and be like, "Sorry, I over reacted." My friends and I do this all the time and then later on we are back as friends again. It is just a temperary thing unless if she takes it seriously and it ruins your friendship. But if you guys have been friends for a long time, then I don't think that will happen. Hope everything works out well!

Do you guys do more then just flirt?? Do you guys talks about personal stuff, his interests, your interests? Does he talk to you like he talks to his friends or as someone special? Does he consider you as a friend? Ask yourself these questions. If he talks to you about his feelings and his problems, and is worried about you and wants to be around you, then probably he considers you more then just a friend. But see guys are secretive about these things. They will give you hints but will never say it out loud becuase they are afraid of rejection. Us too. In your teenage years, daughters and sons like to separate themselves from their moms and dads. They liek to show their parents that they don't need them anymore. I fight with my mom too (mostly for the most stupidest reasons). And then we get over them. It is totally a family thing. Families fight all the time. When you have a good reason to defend yourself and you know that she isn't listening, make her listen. Sit her down and make her listen. Keep on talking until you get your way and she gets hers. Your mom will always be there for you. I know it is silly but I did not realize it until I needed help and she was their for me. And it is very important to keep in touch with her. I think the best way is to be yourself. Then the guy will see the true you. Try to become friends first. That is a good way to find out stuff about each other. If you really like him then, hang out with him and then ask him out, or maybe he might ask you out first. You have liked him for 2 years now so just go for it but make sure you won't regret it later on.
Questions: Ask him questions about his hobby's like if he likes baseball ask him if hes watching a baseball game today or if he plays football be like do u have a football game today. Ask him questions about him to give him a hint that you are interested in him. And if he does not get it now or later on then hes not worth it.

It's hard to keep a relationship if you hardly see the guy, but if you really like him and you think it is so worth going after then ask him out when you get to see him more. You wouldn't want to pop the question if you haven't seen him for a while and it is the first time after a while. Don't leave him an away message because he might not see it if he is away from him computer. I think that you should call him and hang out and then ask him out. Just be casual about it.
