i would say join a summer sport like softball or something like that. i joined one it wasn't that expensive to join or if u have sports tryouts for your school you could try that . first you need to figure out what you want to do then practice for it . then try out for a team . its simple theres a lot of options out there .
so have fun . hope you find what your lookin for .also you could get help from people who knows that particular sports .

Q: Okay, so i have a friend that i would really like to help out. I'm finding out that a lot of guys like me. And she has to hear about this all the time.
