Nose studs don't need stoppers there are usually ones that have a curve at the end that goes inside your nose (like http://www.bodyartforms.com/images/zircongold_nosescrew.jpg) or ones that have a little ball on the end (like http://www.bodyartforms.com/images/bezelgem_nosebone.jpg) if you are worried about it falling out.
The best thing to clean it with is sea salt soaks (approximately 8 ounces of water and add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt) but ask your piercer if you should be using anything else.
It usually takes 8-10 weeks to heal but some people are different (take a longer or shorter amount of time).

Layered ( Looking for front layers... or something that looks shaggy or choppy. )

Q: Ok, so me and my {almost} sister-in-law want to do pink streaks in our hair and do our tips pink. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to do this? We were planning on bleaching the spots then doing it pink, but a little help is needed! We're not really sure how to do this, and what dye is really good and won't really fade. Veggie dye easily stains skin so careful not to get it on your face (or on clothes). You can put Vaseline around your face or wrap the sections you dye in saran wrap. If you can stand not washing your hair as much it will help prevent fading.
Special effects makes pretty good dye.
