He's my everything, he keeps me strong and knows exactly what to say and when to say it. I love to give advice, but sometimes have a hard time taking it. I consider my self a strong person, with strong beliefs. I will answer any question, but I'll have a harder time if it deals with computers & technology. I'm not really "up to date" with all the new electronics :) So go ahead & ask me whatever you want, I'll be sure to give you a real answer :)

i've had my peroid for almost 2 years now, and i've never worn a tampon.
And i want 2 (4 swinmming & such) buti don't know how it feels or how 2 put it in. and i been told if i'm not careful i could get TSS. i don't want this 2 happen what should i do?

First, tampons will feel wierd for you the first couple of times. It won't be long before you get used to them. So I would go ahead & start using them especially at your age and considering how active you are.

Second, you don't need to worry about TSS. That is only caused by lack of changing your tampon. Tampons usually need to be changed every couple of hours. Other than that, you're good, you'll be fine I promise :)
