Q: 17/f
I've had these terrible headaches, sometimes migrains, since I was a little kid. I've grown accustom to them,so even if it hurts, I learned how to manage, but sometimes they're so bad they get in the way of my social life. Ibuprofen doesn't work anymore, and tylenol wont either. I get sinus headaches, too, so I grabbed excedrin sinus headache, and it hasn't helped, either.
But all that aside, I was wondering why I get these. Can headaches be linked to depression? And what other remedies do you suggest I try to make these go away?

Do you drink alot of caffine?
Well if you do try drinks without it.
Thats that my mom did and now she never gets
migrains.

Q: Okay, so I have this problem with constantly biting my nails. I'm trying to grow them out and so far they're longer then they've been in a long time. I was wondering though if theres some kind of nail polish that makes them stronger, or tastes AWFULL.
Ive already tried thinking about the discusting crap that is under them..and it works for like a milla-second.

If that doesnt
work then you could
try getting fake nails
for awhile and you might
stop biting them because they
dont break. Then after you break the habbit
and go back to your natural nails.

Q: Okay, so I am 15, and I just put my first tampon in, but it isn't in all the way. It took me awhile to get it in and to find the right hole, haha. I walk funny with it in and I feel like I am peeing, but I'm not.

Tilt the tampon when
you put it in
and
Theres like little
grip things for your thumbs;
Make sure when you put it in
the your thumbs touch or come
really close to touching your skin.
Thats how you know its in all the way.
Change it about every couple hours
to keep from getting that Toxic Shock Syndrome.
Its very rare to get that but you can never
be to Safe.

Q: Does anyone know how to get rid of really dark circles under the eyes? I have natural dark circles under my eyes that are hereditary in my family. It is so frustrating. I have bought lots of makeup but everytime I try to cover up the circles, my the makeup always looks cakey. does anyone know how to get rid of them? i just bought one of those new Garnier anti puff eye rollers, but so far it hasn't helped.

ive also heard
that the skin off an egg
works 2. like that part inside
of the egg shell.

Okay,
I often have the same dream over and over again if not the same dream something very related. I dream about tornados all the time, I've never exsperienced being in one nor do they even come around where I live. In my dream the clouds move fast, they dark.. and quickly approaching and a tornado touches the ground and rapidly spins like crazy and sometimes there are multiple tornados at once. I remember running and feeling a panic feeling, Praying everything will go by quickly in my dream...
What do you think this means?! and WHY am I always having the same dream?
