Any one know anything about dogs My sheltie has a sore under is neck it doesn't seem to brother him but it sure is ugly. any ideas ?
it could be a lot of things, without more information it's really hard to say, there are several things it could be though. does he wear a collar? if so, is it loose enough? you should be able to fit at least two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck, if it's too tight it can cause irritation and sores. it also might be a bug bite that got infected and irritated. try putting some triple antibacterial ointment on it and see if that helps. it could be dry skin too, try bathing him with some special medicated or moisturizing shampoo for dogs (you can buy it at wal-mart or any other similar store). if none of this helps, or if it's oozing or bleeding, i suggest you take himt o the vet and get it checked out!
hey! does anyone know any good tips for training a rabbit? my rabbit's really jumpy and i want it to relax and be calm when i'm around... i also want it to play a little bit, and maybe let me hold it.. right now he barely lets me pick him up... thanks so much!!

i had the same problem with my rabbit, the key to solving the problem is patience. rabbits are very excitable and you have to earn their trust before you can interact with them. try just sitting next to the cage for awhile, and let it get used to your presence. talk softly to it, and don't make any loud noises or sudden movements. gradually open the cage, and leave it open for awhile until it gets used to this. then try stroking it on the back--not the neck, as that will traumatize it more. eventually, it will realize you aren't going to hurt it and will start to trust you.
it's a little bit of both love life and friendships...ok well,
Me and my best guy friend started going out today. But, there was this really cool guy that I liked and he liked me...and everytime I would go to my guy friend's house (Brandon), he would ask me if I did anything with him...I would tell him no (which was the truth) that I would never/liked doing things with him (which was the truth once again). Then we started going out...I still like him and Brandon...but Brandon is going to move and I would really like a chance with him...(we've been friends since we were like 2...) I don't know wut to do....HELP PLEASE!!!
well it sounds to me like you just have to decide who you like more. if you really really like this guy who's moving...go for it! if you don't you might regret it later, and that's no fun. besides, long distance relationships can work. my boyfriend lives almost two thousand miles away! we keep in touch through the phone and instant messageing. anyway the point is, it's not impossible.
