im asking this question for my friend...
one year ago, when my friend and her family were away, some little girl was walking through the alleyway. my friend's neighbor's dog is really big and scary, so the little girl ran, and jumped my friend's fence to hide from the dog, and as a result, broke her arm and needed surgery.
one year later, my friend's parents get a letter in the mail saying that they will be getting sued because it happened on their property. IT'S NOT EVEN THEIR FAULT. can they fight against this? (link)

yes, they can fight over this because when this had happened they were away from home.this is not their fault, but maybe if they get the dog groomed like get a new make over or something and train it the kids would not run. maybe this dog not even that scary she just wanted to show off.thanks for riting.hope ya win.
