We all live in Soutern Utah in a mobile home park. 140 families who live here many of whom are disabled and/or on fixed incomes. Many of us have mobile homes that are on a foundation. A greedy land owner has bought this property and has imposed a 79.5% rent increase that a lot of us just can't make. we have approx. 1 month to figure out what to do. No one here seems to have an answer. This man is known to buy land which he in turn drives people out, then developes it.WHAT CAN WE DO? If anything please let us know. Thank You for your time. hmm this is a hard one.. i would say maybe you should go to the town or municiple building and talk about this, because this is not fair at all. I agree with you 100% that you absolutly need to do something. I would say that your best bet is to go to town hall or what ever building runs the town. sorry i couldnt help you more

you can download this thing called iTunes, you've probably heard of it cause that is where people get songs for iPods.. but anyways, after you download itunes, you go to the left hand side of the screen ((you'll know what i'm talking about when you see it)) and click on music store. to the left hand side of the page, you will see a something that says "choose genre" click on that and select Childrens Music. once you get that far, go to the top right hand side of the screen ((to the search thing)) and type in "do you believe in magic". it will bring you to all the songs called "do you believe in magic". the one you are looking for is the second one down. the songs cost 99 cents each.. which i consider a good deal. every time you want to listen to it, start itunes up again, go to purchased music, or library((left hand side of screen)) click on it, and you can listen to it.
hope you understand and get to it
