im so shy and quiet sometimes, how do i get myself to be more outgoing around other people, i can get really like that sometimes, but only around my really good friends and stuff. i cant just be hyper around people i dont know, but i want to. (link)

It's hard to be outgoing! I admit everyone struggles with it but if it's what you want you HAVE to try! Just go up to someone you don't know and start a conversation everyday...eventually it will get easier.
