How a come.. If someone starts straightneing there hair, and acually hanging out with her friends.. She thinks she is the coolest person in the world? I mean... I met this person in the 7th grade.. and back them we were really good friends... but now... we never even talk and she thinks she is soo much better than me. And I just dont get it. So just explain this to me.....

mmmkay...this guy likes me, and i really don't like him back (because i havent talked to him in a while) He asked me out today and i said no, becasue i "dont want a bf" which is a lie, i just don't think he has made an effort to talk to me about it (especially since HE didn't ask me)i told him my friend (who is in his creative writing class) to talk to him tomorrow about the whole thing. I told him i'd see if things worked and we could get to know each other during track season...but i dont know what i should do in the long run?? any advice....

ok well answer to number one: Talk to him!!!!If you dont talk to him he isnt gonna notice you!
number 2: TALK TO HIM! And if he doesnt end up liking you..you just are his type....

Hi,
I'm 5"7, aged fourteen and weigh ten stone (which is 140 pounds I think). I know this isn't majorly overweight or anything, but I feel fat and would like, if possible, to gradually get down to nine stone (126 pounds). I wouldn't mind if this took, say a few months.
I exercise regulary but find it hard to stop snacking between meals. Has anyone got any tips into how to stop this?
Or any other gradual-dieting tips.
Any advice would be very much appreciated :-)

OK well...you need to tell yourself that snacking is not going to give you what you want...if you really want this then you will try to stop! Ok go walking outside that is good excerise..It doesnt work right away but just walk...dont walk real slow pick up the pace and by a couple of days you will have lost weight and if you keep that up after a couple of months you will have lost some weight! Good luck!
