I used it and I really didn't like it.It was kind of expensive,too.It didn't even match my skin tone at all,and i tried 2 different shades.It also made my skin look fake-tan orangeish.I wouldn't recommend it.

try letting the battery drain out.
i used to have an ipod mini that got frozen all the time.just let the battery drain then recharge it.
if its still frozen,try contacting Apple.something simmilar happened to my brothers ipod and they sent him a new one for free.i dont know if they would send you a new one though since yours is a mini and they dont make them anymore but they might try to fix it.
your ipod probably isent really broken.
