Tell your friend how you feel. I've had simmilar things happen to me, and I always ask them. Here are a few things you may realize:
They had no idea that they were hurting you and they're sorry.
Mabye you did something to make them feel like you don't like them.
You may just be growing apart.
You don't have to be everybody's best friend, but don't burn bridges either.

Q: well... theres this boy(of course) who i have known and liked just about my whole life, and my family is really good friends with his family! He what i would consider "the perfect man!" He's funny and cute, and he's REALLY sweet(he makes me laugh soo much!)! I have never liked someone as much as him! I think he likes me too, but i really can't tell. Ok, I would give it a little time. Talk to him whenever you can and let him know (body language and flirting) that you like him. Mabye he just thinks you don't like him! If he dosen't ask you out in that time, then let him know how you feel. I am so sure he lova you! He's probaly just shy. I would be carfel not to come off too strong or you COULD scare him off. But if he really is a guy I don't see any reason why he don't lova you! lol lyl!

I'm trying to lose some weight myself. Here's some tips.
Eating: Alot of times, when you think you're hungry in between meals, you could just be thirsty. When you DO need a snack, try to make healthier choices, like an apple or bannana. That dosen't mean you can't ever eat junky food, but you'll enjoy it all the better if it's just on special occasions.
Exercise: Try running around your neighorbhood, bike rides, playing a health related sport. Whatever you do, don't overwork yourself. If you've just starting running, you can't just get up and run a mile. Pace yourself. Also pilates are really good for your figure!

Q: It's about a girl. What else? The backround story; we've been in the same insanely close group of friends since 2nd grade. I haven't liked her for THAT long. Some point last year I had one of those "whoa..." moments, and realized how I felt about her. I never really asked her out, per se, but at one point I had explained how I felt, blah blah blah, she didn't feel the same way but still loved me as a friend, etc.
Not that long ago I did ask her out, again, to find the same results. I only did it because she had been acting a little differently. "Interested", I suppose. I'm not too torn up about it, I moved on before and can do it again. But should I ever bother with asking her out again? Twice seems like enough, I mean, should I just wait for the impossibility of her "coming around" (while considering other girls, of course) ?

Don't worry about it unless she starts giving signs that she likes you. Believe me, you will be able to tell. It won't win her affection if you ask her out all the time when she dosen't like you. You could lose what you DO have. A great friendship.
