Hmmm...first of all why don't you talk to Beth about how you're feeling. Maybe as your friends she'll understand and back down, or even talk to Mark herself. Also, why not plan a girls night out so that you don't have to worry about Sammy and Bob being all over each other, or Mark hitting on Sam.

Hmmm...well, when you guys are getting ready to sit down, make sure you're standing right behind him so that you can sneak right in there and sit next to him. It's not too obvious and you still get to sit by him.


Hi I havent been very hungry at all! and idk why! I just recently went on this "diet" because I am 5'0 and 150...where I only eat 3 meals a day well for about 2 weeks now I havent been hungry for breakfast, or lunch and I dont eat any snaks inbweteen. like today I didnt eat breakfast and I was fine and I didnt have lunch and I was fine, I am not trying to starve myself!!! I just dont like food for some reason! Is it because my body is now use to not having as much junk food as I use to?/? please help!! And can you give me some ideas on how to loose my "love handles" also to thin out my legs and stomach area..please help..I hope my body isnt shutting down on mee..

Ok, take a big breath and calm down! Your body is only adjusting to your new diet! Good for you for taking the initiative! Help on your stomac...sit-ups or crunches are a girls best friend! Also, if you haven't tried it yet, yoga. Try it with one of your girlfriends. It's a lot of fun and it helps a ton! Also, if you want go for a walk at night. If it's too cold outside then march in place while you're watching tv. Good luck with everything!
