OK IM 13 IN 8TH GRADE AND IM 5'6 AND WEIGH 130 LBS THATS LIKE SO FAT IM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT I WANT TO GET DOWN TO AT LEAST 115 IM JUST FAT IN MY STOMACH WELL KINDA OF AND IM MOSTLY MUSCLE CUZ I LIFT HEAVEY THINGS AND PLAY SOCCER SO MY LEGS ARE MOSTLY MUSCLE BUT I THINK IM TO FAT FOR MY AGE I MEAN IM ON A DIET THE FAT FREE ONE BWECAUSE I WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN MY BIKINI BY MAY OR APRIL SO DO U THINK IM TOO FAT AND COULD U TELL ME SOME GOOD WAYS TO GET SKINNY I WANT TO LOOK LIKE PARIS HILTON BECAUSE THE BOY I LIKE WHICH IS MY NEIGHBOR SAYS THAT SHES HOT AND UR PROABABLY GOING TO SAY NOT TO CHANGE MYSELF FOR HIM BUT I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR MY NEIGHBOR HE IS THE MAN OF MY DREAMS!!! And a lot of people don't tell me I'm fat...but that I dohave a big butt >:-/...back to the point, your not fat AT ALL. You are playnig soccer and being active all the time, that's great! I can't even pass the ball.
Paris Hilton is a celebrity, CELEBRITY. She's a top model...what do you expect? Of corse people are going to say "she's hott!" BUt when I see a magazine, I can't help it think "God, look at her...she's so THIN!" They even edit those pictures to make them look great...but they don't have a "fab" body at all!
Don't listen to the media, but to real people. And your parents if they care for you.
I've been told I should be a model a few times...so maybe you can be one too. Be happy with yourself, girl!
i made my news years resolution to loose weight but the only problem is i cant stop eating like even when i am not hungry i need help and just to let you know iam 14 1/2 and over wieght
Bleh. If your not that fat...then don't hurt yourself. There's nothing bad with a little weight on a woman.
But if you are, no offence, then just start slowly. First, take two minutes of jogging or walking. Skip if it helps. Eat what you want--your starting off.
Then, after a few days, challenge yourself. Five minutes, ten. Maybe a few Push-ups?
So, now you have to start watching what your eating. Try not to eat after 8PM. Cut off some foods--whatever you want--maybe look up online "How to be a Vegetarian?"
And always, always, ALWAYS have someone or a lot of people to support you.
Keep a diary to record some things--And good luck! :)
ok we get our yearbooks on the last few days of school i really want to know what a good thing to say to everyone in their yearbook i need good ideas like not the simple ones like have a great summer i want mine to stand out so can you people give me some good ideas please i reaslyl need them

Last year I would write things like:
"What was stated above^! Blah blah blah"
Or you can write some of the memories...you never know when they will have a coma.
This year I was going to give everyone a sticker and write random stuff...you can do that.
