i think im pregnant

i have thick white discharge and sore nipples but my period went off two weeks ago whats wrong with me

Thick white discharge and sore nipples are early signs of pregnancy but it doesn't always mean your pregnant. When you have sex, if you do not use protection, you can get pregnant at any time during your menstrual cycle, even during or just after. The only way to definitely know if you're pregnant is either take some home pregnancy tests or you can pay a visit to your doctor. I would recommend paying a visit to your doctor in case you're not pregnant because then it could possibly mean you have a yeast infection.
