Blow dried. They call it "blown out" because it gives it much more volume.

well, if you have crurly hair, getting it blown out is getting it blowed straight. also, getting it blown out if you have frizzy or african american hair then it is making it straigh and silky. if you have ever seen the movie beauty shop with queen latifa, it has one girl get her hair blown out and they talk about it for a little while. also, just a blow dry. hope i helped!

they blow dry it. like, sometimes you can get your hair cut and they don't dry it and you walk out of the salon with wet hair. but if you ask them to dry it, that's getting your hair blown out.

im pretty sure it means to get it blown dry, and that gives it volume, and makes it straight
