Something's eating my books

I have ALOT of books. a ridiculous amount. my room has books on a shelf, my comp desk, my stand and under my bed.
i know things 'eat' books so i need to know something that will either prevent this or kill the bugs.
PS: not sure if they are bugs or not. all i know, sometimes i leave a book somewhere for weeks and then i come back and the tops of the pages look like something's been nibbling on it.
any help? solutions, etc?

My hair ..

Okay well every time I take a shower wash my hair some of my hair falls out? Not a lot but like my ends..it's really annoying. I use herbal essence shampoo and conditioner in one. Even when I brush my hair when it's dry I have the same problem and it's really getting to me!

Titanic Halloween Costume

So me and my friend are dressing up as jack and rose from the titanic. She's rose, and i'm jack. Her costume is amazing and mine is so simple.... i have everything i need but i feel like i can be more creative with it.
So far i have:
black pants
white shirt
suspenders
and a blonde wig.
does anyone have any good ideas?

Halloween Costumes

I need a second costume for halloween, i'm at college and so we are going out both nights of the weekend. Im not sure if i will have time to go buy anything so can you think of a costume that, chances are, i already have in my closet (like something with just a black dress...etc.)

Okay, do guys want you to get rid of all of it? I am only 13, but I don't want to stand out when i do get close with a guy. What are they expecting? Do I need to shave down there everyday so i don't get stubble, or do guys not care?

i got a lg vu and i went out and bought a micro sd card and adopoter. can any one explain to me how to take music from my PC and save it to the card for my phone? when ever i put the small card into the adopoter and into the SD READER it says that all my music is there already but when i put the small card into my phone nothing comes up.
i can really use some help. big time. i would hate to return it or waste money. please please please help me

costume make up

well naturally as halloween approaches everyone gets in to the spirit. i've been watching all the things about haunted houses and scary attractions on the travel channel and realized that going to school to do costume make up is something i'd REALLY enjoy. i've always thought that would be soo intense and fun, but never really thought hey, why don't i do it? i've always looked toward the jobs that seem kinda interesting and could make me good money, but this is something i honestly think i would really enjoy. i love make up, i could spend hours watching tutorials on youtube and i always analyze and admire other girls' make up and loving doing it myself, and i think doing costume make up would be amazing. would doing something like this, suc...

Things to do at my Birthday Party

I'm having a party at my house for my 17th birthday and it's about a month away. There'll be around 28-35 people. I already have basic ideas of what I'm doing as far a having music playing and having a lot of food. My parents will be home so obviously there'll be no drinking, and I really don't drink and go to big parties to begin with. I am however thinking of doing virgin pina coladas so hopefully that'll work out. This is supposed to be just a hang out and talk type of party, nothing wild. And I know sometimes parties like that start out kindof quiet and boring but then unravel and things start to become fun on their own. swing set cozies?

I sit on my swings everyday, like 24/7. My thighs have red lines on them like every day. One of them has a welt on it (OUCH!). I try sitting on towels and pillows but it always hurts. What do i do? Are there such things as swing cozies or something? thanks

a long time ago a friend and i were looking up songs with our names in them. i dont know the website name and im not friends with the girl anymore but i loved this one song, it was so adorable and sincere. lol. the words were something like "where are you now, what twisted road has life taken you down? do you dream, like i do? of yesterdays, me and you." So, my friend got fingered the other night and she said it hurt really bad and it was only one finger but it hurt a lot. Her boyfriend told her she was really tight and he didnt even stick his whole finger in her, just a little and she said it still hurt her really bad. What should she do?

no money = problems

hey i am 18/f. and im broke! i have no job. i did have one but i quit. i asked if they were hiring again but they aren't. then i got another job but i got fired. Now my mom won't give me any money. i only have a little over $1800 in my bank account. i am worried be cause i know this won't last me a very long time and i need that money for gas. i am interested in working with children, i have started looking for volunteering hours at churches, working with kids, but i noticed churches won't hire you unless you're christian. and daycares won't hire me bec ause i have no experience :( help!!

College Roomate Problems

I am a freshman at college. My roomate and I met at our orientation adn decided to room together. I really love her and she is super nice but she is getting on my nerves! The problem is that we have the same friends, eat together, basically we are always together and i know that is why i am starting to get super annoyed with her. If i were to go off and do something without her, she would get mad. How can i discreetly distance myself from her (without telling her about my problems)?

so i love my gf very much i am a lesbian and her roomates 3 yr old is very attached to her he is a brat and gets whatever he wants he doesnt even sleep in his own bed i love kids but somethin bout this kid drives me nuts. she has said to me before or other ppl hes like my own son and she cares about him a lot i feel like im jealous of this kid but im really not but its tot he point when shes gotta babysit the little boy on early days i dont even wanna stay cuz he gets in her bed when i stay and shes all cuddled with him and ignores me in the bed and i said its cool hes more important to you she says think what you want what should i do?

is it true that lotion dries out skin the more you use it? because your body thinks it is getting enough moisture that it doesn't need to make any "oil" anymore?
