best MAC eye liner

ok for christmas i'll be getting new MAC makeup and i want to buy a new eyeliner since my old ones always smudged. which pencil eyeliner from MAC should i get? i'd rather not get liquid since i have no idea how to apply it. also, what other stuff should i get like eye shadow, foundation, mascara, and lip gloss? i don't wanna buy the wrong stuff.

nose piercing

well, i want to get my nose pierced but im on danceline for school, and we cant have any facial piercing while we do performances. so my question is how ong does it take for it to heal, and within what time pierod can you change your stud thingy?!!

I'm getting a new phone this week, and looking online, I've narrowed it down to :
- the pantech matrix
- samsung a777
- lg shine
based on experience or anything, which phone would be best/most reliable? I was hoping the matrix but im not sure. i bought a phone a while ago and it was so cheap and i dont want to make the same decision again

But i was kinda fooling around with cutting my hair, and decided to try for the Hayley Williams look. Can you guys please tell me if i did a good job, if not tell me what i can do to make it look better.

I have dark brown hair and side bangs. They are kind of growing out but yeah. How do you cut your bangs to the side but I don't want them short. I want them longer but then not too long. My hair is straight and flat but thick. My hair is layered too. Is there anything different I can do? I put it up sometimes. But as in haircut? I don't want it shorter. My hair seems kinda boring. If you have any ideas please help! Oh, and if I wanted to curl my hair it comes out quick and I suck at curling my hair. I flipped it once and it looked cute but I really can't do it anymore. Is there any way you can help me? Thanks so much!

you know how your curling iron has different heat settings (tempearature), whats the difference it makes to your hair?
like if its really hot , then how is the curl gonna turn out
if its not tthhhat hot, how is the curl gonna turn out..

I have no boobs but need a dress for homecoming.

For homecoming I'm designing my own dress but can't figure out what is a good top half that will flatter my boobs.... I know ruffles do the trick (thank you Ouran High School Host Club) but I want something else because I can have the bottom and top be ruffly. Any other ideas?? :(( I need to know soon because if I go home I have a TON of Seventeen magazines that I know have good ideas. Too bad I need to know by today or tomorrow or the next day at least before the 25th.

Okay, so I bought this thing to make my hair wavy but when i do it my hair is like puffy and when i do it at night it's all ruined in the morning, but I don't want to wake up at 4 30 in the morning on school days to do my hair. is there any sort of gel or cream that you can buy to not make it look so puffy and for it to still look nice in the morning?

Soviet Union

Well I want to get a shirt, or really any type of clothing with something related to the Soviet Union on it.
BUT I'm having second thoughts because I'm not sure how other people feel about it, because I know there's been tensions between CCCP and the USA (the Cold War).
What do you think?
(oh and it will probably be a hammer and sickle or something that just says CCCP, or maybe Lenin is my homeboy, nothing like I'm a communist or something supporting Stalin).

I recently started stretching my ears. I'm at a 4G right now, and I baught 2's that I'm going to put in after I heal.
No one I really know has ever done this, so I was wondering if the pain I'm feeling is normal, I'm pretty sure it is, but it's like, when I do my left ear, the complete left side of my body tingles and is in pain. I put antibacterial cream all over the tapers and all over my ear before I started stretching. Was that a good idea?
And also, I'm in a nursing class and we have to put in clinical hours starting somewhere around the end of January, if I take my plugs out, will I be able to regain the shape in my ear? I heard that once you go to a zero, you can't get your shape back, but if you're smaller than a zero...

Okay so my boyfriend wants to buy me like lingerie..not like bra's and underwear but like those sexy babydoll stuff or the teddy's or whatever..but all the websites we go to only have like huge sizes. I'm small so does anyone know of a good website or store that has small sizes but still have sexy stuff?

I was wondering where I can find street style clothing in CANADA, like actual stores that sell the style. (specifically in Toronto)
Since I would like to refrain from having to pay duties/GST/PST; they add a whack load of money on to the original order.

new haircut, need style!

I just got my hair cut to about my chin. I usually straighten it, but it looks too plain. I really want to have cute waves, but I'm horrible with curling irons. Does anyone have any tips/products that I could use to create waves that will stay put the whole day? My hair is naturally wavy, but frizzy and falls flat quick.
