One more question about Wendy said to Stacy tall and thin but how would you have interpreted "We are like my friend average" This got Stacy upset the average part, because every one always tells her she is thin.
Stacy: "Wendy you always tell me I am tall and thin."
Wendy: You are tall and thin. But what I mean by average is that we don't need a specialty store that we can go into any store and buy off the rack. Whether it is 95 dollars or 95 cents."

I use to have a bestfriend we got really close cause of soccer and we have been unseperable since. Well My senior year i met this guy (which is my boyfriend now) he was already in a relationship with someone while we started talking, we both liked each other but he couldnt breakup with his girlfriend. My Best friend thought it was a bad idea and on soccer tournaments her and one of my other good friends would say rude things while i was on the phone with him, and they would constantly talk about him rude to me. Alright, my best guy friend since third grade, writes and plays songs on a guitar. Lately, we have been talking and he sent me a song without him singing. He knows I want to hear him sing and it turns out, he gave a cd of him singing to a girl he likes, he sings to other people, in front of his brother and everything. Yet, he didn't sing in front of me, it's weird. I'm never around him when he has his guitar or whatever but it's strange.. my mom said not to worry about it, he didn't sing in front of me because he's to nervous also meaning he still likes me, i look at it the other way, he doesn't like me and that's why he doesn't sing in front of me.. What do you think?

I tend to bottle up my feelings and keep things to myself, i tend to act like i dont care when i really do, and my peers would always tells me to "stay true to yourself" to me, what does that mean?

How to become better friends with my neighbor?

My family is pretty new to a town (2 months) and our neighbors baked us a cake when we moved in. Since then, I haven't interacted with them. I'm 16 and there's a girl who lives there who's 17 and we're on friendly terms at school but I haven't hung out with her outside of school. How do I initiate that? Should I just go ring on her doorbell and ask to hang out at her house? Cause at my house there's literally nothing to do but watch tv and go on the computer... thanks parents. Im pretty socially inept and have trouble initiating things like that. But I want to change as the new girl here, and become more social, because I'm very social but by social inept-ness is making things difficult. Facebook makes me realize that I have no friends and no life

Nobody really comments on my wall and I see all these amazing pictures of other people with their friends having fun doing pretty much anything. but i only have a picture of myself cause i dont have any friends who invite me for things outside of school. i can literally count in a handfull how many times i've visited a friend's house, and I've been invited to less than 5 birthday parties (not family) in my entire life. I just look at the other people on facebook and feel so jealous. I want to remember high school as fun but I feel like Im just really missing out and I dont know what to do. me and my friend always talk a lot, we're really good friends, we may argue but only playfully, she would always call me and talk to me a lot, but lately she doesnt call me and she doesnt really talk to me that much anymore and when i joke around with her like we always do,she somewhat plays along with me but after a while she just gets mad at me, she is acting kind of distant around me, and im not doing anything about this at all, i dont know why but im scared to tell her that why she hasnt been acting the way shes been acting and im just letting things happenened and its making me sad but i dont have the guts to tell her, why am i not doing anything and why is she acting that way? am i overreacting?

What does it mean when a guy says he wants to teach you about life? We are both 16 and i'm not sure what he means. I have been friends with this guy since I was in second grade. He has always been like a brother to me, so I dont think that this has anything to do with sex. We have never dated or done anything. He helps me when I'm in trouble, but i'm not a bad peron who gets into trouble either. I've never had any desires or urges to become sexual with him and he hasnt either, sometimes he tells me I'm like one of the guys.People keep telling me its only about sex thats why I'm sying its not. He keeps our relationship non sexual, fully respects me, never says anything sexual and is always being nice to me,so what did he mean he wanted to teach me about life?

Today is the father's day, and it reminds me that i do not have a dad, since my dad passed away 3 years ago and my stepdad that i love lost in touch 7 years ago and i dont know where he is right now, and im really sad because i cant greet any of my dad happy father's day and it is making me cry. How can i feel better?

it's one of those days when I feel lonely and sad, it's not that I'm depressed because I'm pretty cheerful and energetic around my friends but sometimes I feel like I don't have someone to talk to or just feel like isolating myself from people by not answering any of my phone calls from my friends, I don't know why but I don't feel like talking to anybody even though I do want to, I don't know why I feel like that, whats wrong with me?

Hello, my friend is 21 years old and has constant "high school" drama in her life. She is constantly getting into love triangles. She is constantly mopey. She is also a parent and although she is a good mother when she is with her child, i don't think she spends enough time with him because she is always going out. Should i confront my friend about her immaturity? If so how should i?

I have a friend I used to have a big crush on from high school and we often talk to each other on msn and have kept in touch. I also have a boyfriend from the same high school and we've been together for almost 3 years. My friend and I went for a movie just as friends and ever since I couldn't stop thinking of him. When I saw him in person though, I didn't feel anything more than friends. I really do love my boyfriend and plan to marry him someday. Is this normal or is there something wrong with me?

Okay lets pretend my name is Amanda. On facebook, he posts on my wall saying my name like "AMANDAAAAAA!!!!!!". The problem is we have a complicated history. I'm 16, and I've known him since elementary school. I used to generally call him a friend until a few months into 7th grade. I dont know what happened w/ him but he changed.. and became a jerk to everyone.

So where do I start to explain.
I belonged to this spiritual family. I still owe them much thanks and deepest respect, but the site has a dark side to it. The owner, she is like a sister to me, and a few others are known to be the most powerful and hotheaded on the site. (you know, woman with a bit of fire and attitude? hehe. No offense, this is a special case ). So it is hard to negotiate sometimes, everyone has some fear of her. Like i told her "Those who left months ago and I are different. I have a problem. The guy who likes me wants to be more than a friend. He has a past history of crime. He assisted a friend with giving her nephew Vicodin for his hurt knee.
